localZ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Welcome to localZ, operated by Zanarkand Security LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy ("Terms") govern your access to, use of, and privacy on our mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service").

"Business Partner" refers to any business that creates a listing or pays for promotional services on localZ.
"User Content" includes reviews, photos, event submissions, and other material submitted by Users.
"Business Content" includes listings, promotions, logos, and other material submitted by Business Partners.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

4. Description of Services

localZ offers a platform where:

Users can browse and interact with local business listings, events, and promotions
Businesses can list their services and purchase advertising or promotional features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

5. Payment Terms for Business Partners

Business Partners may purchase subscriptions to access premium features. Pricing and features are outlined on our website and may change with notice.

By subscribing, you:

Authorize recurring billing via our third-party payment processor
Agree to our refund and cancellation policy
Acknowledge that missed or failed payments may result in suspension of service

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Post or transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
Impersonate others or falsely claim affiliation
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
